About This Project

In addition to 15 new resident rooms, this 2010 expansion for Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV included a new kitchen, spa, support offices for staff, lobby renovation, and a porte-cochère for protection from hazardous weather while picking up and dropping off residents.
