About This Project
The historic Wetsel Seed Company building, originally built in 1935 and used as a restaurant for more than a decade (2010-2021), was repurposed yet again—this time to create a collaborative co-working center for local entrepreneurs and business people.
Inside the Harrisonburg Innovation Hub are dozens of private offices, several conference rooms, a rooftop deck, audio-visual room, rest rooms, and multiple rental spaces for long-term anchor tenants.
By incorporating vintage agricultural equipment such as the grain elevator into its new, contemporary space, The Hub unites the past and the future in a unique environment that is sure to inspire.
