About This Project

Harrisonburg – 58,045 sf

This extensive expansion project for the HRCSB involved construction of a small addition and renovation at the agency’s nearby McNulty Center, construction of a new 50,783 sf office facility, and demolition of four lots to accommodate parking and the new building.

The Community Services Board provides mental health, substance abuse, and developmental services for adults and children and adolescents in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham community.  The agency reported a 55% increase in demand for its services between 2009-2019, which created a significant need for increased space for the clinics and staff.  This stunning new building creates a welcoming and safe environment for those who seek, and provide, care at the HRCSB.
