About This Project

New construction of a slab-on-grade one-story Volkswagen showroom and dealership space with a service drive-through drop-off bay.

Because it can be seen from historic Monticello, some concessions were made such as replacing VW’s signature bright white color with a more subdued gray for the roof and utilizing stone-ply panels in a less vibrant cream color on the exterior.

This project was performed in tandem with two other dealerships for this client—each requiring its own specific elements related to the signature brand.
