New construction of this two-story building provides the Town of Dayton with office space for administrative personnel and various departments such as police, treasurer, planning commission, public works, and zoning, as other newly created space included Council Chambers, conference room, police interview and observation rooms, restrooms and showers, kitchen and breakroom, and a drive-thru window service area.
