About This Project
This design-build project included the construction of a new 50’ x 110’ Star Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with split-face CMU exterior and an energy efficient, architectural standing seam metal roof. High thermal resistance value temperature controls Barrel and Bottling Room. The basement area includes wine lab and production spaces which are visible from the second floor tasting room. This project was completed in five months and within pre-determined construction budget.
