About This Project
Construction of an approximately 1,550 sq. ft. wood frame addition, finished with a brick and split-face CMU exterior to match the original building, and a 2,000 sq. ft. interior renovation of the front lobby and rear offices.
Among the newly created spaces are two examination rooms, a restroom, several offices, and a covered vestibule entryway that blends seamlessly with the existing structure.
Additional site improvements included heated sidewalks and paving of the existing parking lot.
