When Tim joined Lantz in early 2021, he had more than 35 years of construction experience.  His long career began as a laborer, and since then, Tim has held many other positions, including Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Project Executive, and Director of Construction.  His experience includes work on all size projects, from small renovations to buildings in surplus of 1.8 million square feet.

Born in Chattanooga, TN, Tim grew up in Lynchburg, VA where he was surrounded by history–one of his deepest passions. He graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Psychology, and is currently completing his MA in Organizational Leadership.

Tim lives in Waynesboro, PA with his wife, two children, golden retriever, pug and cat. His oldest daughter is following in his footsteps and attending Liberty University. The entire family celebrates two sports seasons each year–football season and football off season. During cold weather months, most Saturdays are spent cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and Liberty Flames while Sunday afternoons are spent rooting for the Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans. Warmer months are spent traveling and touring historic sites such as Gettysburg, Harper’s Ferry, Monticello, and Natural Bridge.

Tim’s youngest daughter has Down Syndrome and over the years Tim has been involved in many charitable organizations to bring awareness and education on this. He has served on the board for F.R.I.E.N.D.S., a non-profit awareness group in Frederick, MD, as well as the Frederick Buddy Walk, and has also worked with the Special Olympics.
