Doug had more than 30 years in commercial construction when he came to Lantz Construction in September 2014. He is a member of the Hot Springs Volunteer Fire Department and has worked with Virginia Department of Emergency Management on two declared federal disasters.
A resident of Hot Springs, VA for 25 years, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and some of his favorite pastimes are hunting, fishing, and golfing.
