Chris has been with Lantz since 2008 and is a graduate of James Madison University and Washington & Lee University School of Law. He is an associate member of the Virginia Bar.

Before joining the Lantz Team, Chris specialized in aviation consulting and real estate development. Chris has a young daughter and an aquarium of crazy goldfish; his not-as-crazy Chocolate Lab passed away recently after 16 years of chasing birds afield.

Chris’ current community and professional involvement includes serving on the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce (HRCC) Public Policy Committee, the AGC of Virginia Board of Directors, the AGC Valley District Executive Committee, and the Broadway Hometown Partnership (Board Chairman). He formerly sat on the HRCC Board of Directors and its Executive Committee along with numerous positions within chambers of commerce, builders associations, and economic development entities.

When not engaged in construction, Chris enjoys every minute he gets to spend with his daughter and studying history. He is also an avid fly-fisherman, bird hunter, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, bicycling and kayaking.
